I currently run a website/forum/portal over @ http://www.mpcdownloads.com. Unfortunately right now it runs on an old version of Invision Board. What I'd like to do is completely port over the site to vB. I already purchased a license a while ago however my co-worker on the site got busy and became unable to help me with the move. In addition to the move however, I'd like to keep the entire User Database and all the threads and the graphic template (only of the portal). I'd also like a download script installed that will be able to index all the files available for download and add them into a MySQL Database so it would run quickly and smoothly.

I'm willing to pay $200 for this job.
