I'm looking for a great stats program which I'm willing to purchase that would offer more than webalizer and the analog that cpanel offers. Anyone know of a decent script?

I use Webalizer mostly but I also have AWstats. I used to use Urchin on a old server and it was nice, but I also think it would make it look like you get more visits than you really do.
