I'm wondering if there's any web hosts out there that provide an NNTP feed. I had someone request it from me, and I've not been able to turn anything up.

I know of no hosting companies that include this. However you can resell NNTP feeds. Check out Slurp News they are decent. I used to work for the company that owns the service. They have ISP/Reseller accounts.
