I'm looking for how much it would cost me to have someone get IPN with recurring subscriptions installed on my site. I am looking to use the premade "paypal.pl" script on the paypal site with basic .htaccess.

That script is easy to do I can help you out. I jsut finished doign it for a few other clients of mine.
