Hi all,

Figuring it is high time I post a review of my experience with this cc merchant processor.

Length of my using their services: 6 months and counting

Ratings:

Support 10/10 (being generous however whenever I have needed support for any reason simply ring them on the phone and I have an answer shortly, usually within a matter of 2-3 minutes or less in most cases)

Stability 9/10 (using the authorize.net gateway system, it rarely ever goes down)

Affordable Rates 9/10 (there are others who charge less per transaction percentages however many of the competition to them also charge "batch fees" and other processing fees which cut down on what earnings actually get through come time to balance out everything)

Settlements 9.9/10 (all settlements to date have gone through only downside is they are probably not 100% automated and as such once in awhile they seem to have gotten a slight bit delayed)

Overall rating 9.5/10 - Only reason not giving a 10 is due to my not believing in anything/anyone being perfect, we all have our flaws it is how processors/merchants/hosting providers address and resolve them that sets us all apart from each other.

Overall whenever I have had a need for their support it was always there and they also are willing to match reasonable rates of competitors as well (which I found out when I had been browsing the competition and such).

In any case I would highly recommend MerchantPlus (www.merchantplus.com) to anyone looking to do cc processing in the US (they use authorize.net and as such you need to be a US based provider to use it I believe).

Hope this review will assist those looking for direction on who to choose when picking their processors. As said I have had nothing but a great experience to date with this processor and hope many others will do the same should they select them.

Thanks for the review, it's certainly helped us with determining who our top contenders are in our search for an account provider
