Has anyone around here integrated Cerberus with Modernbill?

How do you like it?

Yep... I agree... modernbill integration with Cerberus is awesome and works fantastic once done ..!

Same here, It took about an hour to get it setup and working everytime. The only dislike is the fact that i have Cerberus installed twice for the kb.

We have it integrated. The process was not that difficult. If you need help, just holler. I would be glad to help you out anyway.

Is the knowledgebase still visible to the visitors after integration? I hope so, because we would like to integrate our helpdesk into modernbill aswell :)

Well there is one problem with it... if you decide to tie it into MB, then you can't use the web front end that comes with it (it'll try redirecting to the MB site). If you use the "support center" front end , you can still tie it into MB and just have users redirected to the "support center" when they click support from MB (that is the default behaviour).

Yes it wont change any of your existing cerberus features which includes your knowledgebase too

I wish to have the helpdesk part inside MB and knowledgebase part inside of MB & outside (displaying on our website).
