I am considering a reseller account there,

You'd be amazed at how few folks use the search facility. :)

on this forum. You find out all the good stuff and

I'd advice to stay away from this company.

I've been hosting with imhosted for almost 3 months and I've had enough!
Their technical support seems okay but the reason I know that is because of no less than 11 tech tickets during that time. At least 3 of my complaints involved servers being down during peak EST business hours, without warning and with meager exceses.
They are always apologetic, but as as a reseller, they're completely ruining my reptation with some of my clients. I love their features, but I recommend you stay away from them and find a more reliable provider
