Q: Can I change the OS or other OS options on a "Rapid Deploy!" host.
A: NO. All hosts are pre-loaded with a configuration that many users
find to work great for all types of hosting platforms. ANY changes to
the OS will change the order to a 'Custom Order' and have a 72 hour turn
around time.

Q: Can you install a control panel on a rapid deploy host.
A: Yes. Depending on the OS support for the control panel. This will
delay the deployment time a few hours to allow for installation of the
control panel software and licensing.

Q: Where is your Data Center?
A: We have 12000 SQFT of cages at Savvis IDC in Fort Worth Texas with
multiple gigabit uplinks to their international backbone. We provide all
our own hardware, staff and support personnel. We simply sublet the space
from the major datacenters and do everything else on our own.

A: 24-72 business hours depending on the configuration. We offer no

on the order form for the Dual Xeon 2.4 there is a $49 setup fee. this add says there its free. still a good deal I was just wondering if its a mistake.

Yes if the ad says Free Setup then just ignore the setup fee shown on the order and proceed. Your card or account will not be charged until our sales team confirms your order with you and can adjust the pricing to show the no setup fee. As for the discount on 2 hosts it depends on if you are setup as a reseller our are ordering a configuration where reseller discounts apply.

If one needs to order multiple servers - do we need to order each server individually (one-at-a-time) through your website or am I missing out on something. We need to order 4 servers.

You can just place one order and if the servers will be identical then you can state the quantity to be ordered in the comments field.
