From my first glance it seems their PSA and non-PSA helpdesks are virtually the same except for 4 features: Login same as Plesk, emergency ticket access, add/delete remote PSA servers, server setup file. The product looks relatively new -- there are no posts in the support forum and the support FAQ is empty. Though neither of these should really be a mark against it... ..Perhaps no one's tried it yet. If you decide to take the plunge, I'd like hearing more about how they integrate with Plesk to "make your life easier". ;) manmythlgnd 03-30-2002, 01:38 AM Originally posted by jstanden Interesting, thanks for the link. ... I was hoping he'd post one. To those that were wondering too: http://www.ihelpsupportdesk.com fishface 03-30-2002, 06:37 AM I was hoping he'd post one. oops really sorry for that. Anyway have installed the demo on a plesk server and it seems fine. It certainly does what it says and all plesk users are in there along with their domains without any extra set up. Am presuming this is the same people who have the "view total bandwidth script" that was also posted in here. Would be nice if this ticket system allowed you to create your own login to it (though from memory they did do this for the bandwidth script) Would still like to hear from anyone else who has used this. Neo3Net 03-31-2002, 10:09 AM I know a couple of people who use it and they like it. I beleive www.cwihost.com uses it but I am not sure. Anyway looks great. Thanks |
