Thanks for viewing my thread!

I'm currently looking for ticket shiftwork.
I have two years experience in technical support at different companies (the latest being a 1792++ hour stint at a hosting company) as well as my own server management.

What I can do for you:

I'm available up to 12 hours per day, 5 days per week.
I'm relatively fast when it comes to tickets and have experience working with:

dedicated, vps, shared hosting - mainly cPanel however willing to delve into other panels (not a problem, I'm at home in a shell!)

*nix of all flavours - great at troubleshooting but would prefer if I'm not attempting to compile kernels on a daily basis.

Dealing with thousands of clients daily and happily! your clients will love having me around as much as I will enjoy working with them daily, getting to know them all on a first-name basis and meeting their needs/expectations.

Also available with me:

advertising, advertising, advertising!
Multiple sites hosted on a third-party server with great uptime and just ready to put your ad on it.

Contact me for more details.

What I want you to be:
decent company, good track record, decent number of clients for me to support/get to know and help out on a daily basis, growing - I do NOT want to join a failing company.

Let me know if you're interested.
Use your secret methods of contacting me, thank you for your time.

My partial resume is available at:
http://www.gigglehurtz.com/resume/resume.html

I'm ready to start immediately.
Take care and have a great day.

[Notes: Just a few more, hopefully not being too repetitive. While I do have rent and expenses to pay - I want a company I can grow with and expand with (that doesn't mean you're a week old reseller with 1 and a half clients from your middle school, but you want a client who will stick with you no matter what)]

Are you looking for salary based pay?

HstCreations,

Not necessarily however it certainly is an option.
Payment isn't one of my top priorities (it just happens to be a benefit of serving clients well!), any method works for me.

David,

I went to the hostingplex forums as you said and read the reviews and everything seems 'decent' as I was getting mixed messages basically.

Some users I contacted had said you were nice, kind, very responsive, responsible, etc. as you seem to be, but then there were some users I contacted from the older clients of hostingplex of which claimed you were rude, inconsiderate, not polite, and even one user whom I contacted had said you almost stole his domain!

At this point I wasnt sure what to beleive so I contacted the administration of hostingplex and they gave me nothing but good remarks about you. But as you know what matters the most in this type of industry is the customer feedback.

That said and based on what I learned, Im sorry but your not what my company is looking for.

Good luck.

Interesting!

Sounds as if a few clients didn't know what was up or down.
That said thank you for your time and I wish you the best!

Well most of the bad comments given to me about you were from the older clients I had contacted, so again I am not sure what I can beleive.
