Your resume says "Increased support response time by X hours" a couple of times. Are you sure this is what you want to say?

It can be interpreted two different ways. You can either increase their productivity or increase their delays.

Taken literally it sure sounds like he increased their delays.

think he really DID add delays and he stuck that in there to make it LOOK like a mistake (and get credit for something he didn't do?) :D
