This is "just wondering" question. If someone does want to sell you their customers how are you planning on getting them to move to your servers? Just a thought.

We would analyze the customer base and the services offered by the company. Then we would add the customers to our own servers and migrate all of the content in their directories to our servers.

This was the abridge version of course. It does require a bit of work and effort.
