Hello guys,
I've searched quite a while on the forum, and found not much.

What is the ABSOLUTE cheapest REAL domain registars??

The ones I know of :

1and1.com - 5.99, sucks because control panel is very slow and you cannot modify registrant information, MUST match your EXACT information on the credit card.

ev1servers.net - 6.49, closed plus ev1 abuse team is a nightmare, I avoid rackshack at ALL costs since their abuse team is ridiculous.

What else?

hostway.com - 6.99 , best i have found and used for a while, support is a bit slow but I just plan ahead and count on a 24 hour turnover time. Sucks for managing multiple domains.

If you're only interested in spending pennies, don't expect gold-plated service....

Perhaps thinking about the best value for the dollar is in order. That does not mean that you have to pay lots of money. Just that you may want to think about what's really important to you, how patient you're willing to be, and what you're willing to pay for service.

There are many low-priced registrars that do a good job. I can't personally vouch for any, but I'm sure mine won't be the last post in this thread.

lol, looks like it's bash mouseattack time.

You mentioned if you have 125,000 k to work with, can we talk in private? You may know something more about what I heard.

Elix: Can I ask you how you got a coupon to get godaddy domains at 6.95 each? Are you talking about buying them at 10 years at a time, or one year at a time?

A bit off-topic, but do you realize that posting an email address in
a forum will likely get harvested by spammers?

You can get Yahoo domains for only $4.98

If you go to domains.yahoo.com you will see their reg price of $9.95; but if you google: "4.99 domains" You will see Yahoo's link for $4.98 domins.

That link has been in google for at least a couple of months.

yes, but aren't those yahoo domains ONLY that cheap when you BUY A WEBHOSTING package with yahoo?

I am ONLY looking for domain registration, I don't want to have to buy a package to get a discount.
