I'm new to webhosting. What is/ are different between Dedicated and Reseller services?

Dedicated: you own an entire server, have full control (and more work to do since you're the sysadmin yourself and you need to keep the server updated)
Reseller: you're on a dedicated server with a few others, you have less control (but less work to do: eg system is updated automatically by sysadmin)
