i a few questions regarding dns entries. I know in control panels such as Plesk and Ensim you can edit your dns details in them.

What i would like to know is that whenever we add a new client to use the control panel (ip-based/name-based), do we actually have to manually add an entry in the dns conf file or does the control panel actually update them for us to reflect the changes? :confused:

No, you don't have to manually add any DNS entries for new domains with control panels such as Plesk, Ensim, and Cpanel.

plesk and ensim
