Hello,

I'm living in Belgium and i will accept payments in the future from USA customers.

For creditcard payments i will use Paypal. But i will also have customers who will not have an creditcard. And i want to give alternative payments.

Anyone knows a company that handles also wire transfer, phone transfers,...

I cannot handle wire transfers because their are to much costs for the transaction between usa and belgium.

I don't know any specific companies, but you might try searching for info on "bank to bank transfers". In the US, you would be looking for a service for ACH or EFT, basically debiting funds out of a customer's checking account (much cheaper than a wire). I think in Europe they call it "bank to bank transfers". Not sure if it works going from US to Europe though...

You need to find a processor that accepts direct payments, I mean when you can put money on account using cards or just a bank transfer. But what do you sell? Sometimes WU may be acceptable also.

I don't think Paypal is going to go for that...they have pretty strict prohibitions against adult content.

Try any of e-currencies for non cc payments.

:) Thanks - possible yes.. Difficult yes... ETrade has been known to do it but not exactly sure what their policy is. The last time I called them - they said they were not doing it yet some people did get an account.

Are a lot of your clients repeat? You might check out 2000charge's Payment Pass - Susi over there would be able to help you out. Or maybe even nochex?

Nothing is impossible, but its highly unlikely that you will be able to open a US bank account unless you are willing to travel to the US and goto the bank in person. Federal law now places the burden of verifiying an account holder's identity on the financial institution providing the account. Most banks will only verify by meeting the account holder in person.
