I have some questions about this deal:

1) Is this server on a 20mbps capped port, or on 100mbps port and you are alotted 20mbps (~6000GB of in+out bandwidth).
2) Same as above, IP/speedtest.
3) I guess you guys don't have Fantastico/RVSkin for Cpanel?

That is correct, the mix is AboveNet/HE/XO

Remote reboot is not included in this special, although we can add it for an additional $5 / mo. Reboots are done through the helpdesk or our emergency pager.

The deal includes full 20 mbps bandwidth billed on the 95th percentile, or as Mike stated before we can cap the line at 20 mbps on request.

The server set up is about 24 hours after ordering.

There is no contract on these servers.

The price will remain as long as we still have the servers in stock. To my knowledge there are 5 more available.

I would say allow 24 hours for server setup time.
It appears that they are a little slow in responding sales questions.

i must say that they set up a server very fast,12hours,but support and sales do not online often.I only catch them on ICQ,AIM,YIM 4-6 hour a day.Live support on website,no one respond,i submit a ticket,more than 6 hour no on respond too.

Try calling them and submiting tickets.

That is the prefered method. Be sure to be rebooted in 5minutes when submiting reboot page. Whats the problem?

They are fast when you NEED them. They have alot more urgent matters to take care of with exsisting customers most likely.

If you want faster support, raise your pricing a little ;)

This sounds like a good deal.. Jhservers sounds like you have competition.

If they can provide more servers its possible, but it sounded to me like this was a limited number release.

I ordered mine on friday and paypal payment sent in also.
I waited for 24 hours, no server yet.
Send a ticket on saturday afternoon, ticket was replied 8 hours later.
I was told that my server will be up today Monday (the latest) and I am still waiting.
I gave them a call today, yeap the lady said. My server should be up by today afternoon.
If you got it in 12 hours consider yourself lucky.
It looks like they are slow, no one works on weekends? hehe... I am a bit worried but lets see how it goes ..

Interserver is a good company. Ive been with them for almost a year now. Be patient. They probably have a TON of orders to process. Consider the price you are getting on this server. Its worth the extra day wait.
