If I want supply reservation domain service for my company without any help from another company and I can create abbreviation new domain and create special domain like "http://www.nesma.net.sa " I mean "sa".

What I need ? And that is script or what? And how much all this service?

It sounds like you want to create a root name server for domains ending in .sa. You would have complete control over the .sa domain.

Technically speaking, this is no problem. You can set yourself up as a root authority and take all of the .sa registrations you want. The only thing you might have to worry about is that the country of Saudi Arabia also happens to think that they are the root authority for the .sa domain (sa is the country code for Saudi Arabia).

This leaves you with a couple of choices:

1. You can attack the country of Saudi Arabia, taking it over and then you would be a root authority for .sa
Cost: $1.2 Billion


2. You can hack the gtld root nameservers, so that all requests for .sa are now directed to your nameserver (while you are at it, do the same thing for the .com database as well -- there is way more money in .com than .sa).
Cost: Free (unless you attend the "how to hack the root nameservers boot camp" hosted by Men and Mice.


3. You can start a marketing campaign to try to convince people that your .sa is way cooler than Saudi Arabia's .sa and you people should point their caching nameservers to your root nameserver for .sa (no, seriously it is working so well for new.net, and it was such a great idea for .tv).
Cost: $300 Million

If you meant you don't want to spend that much money, you have to understand that you cannot be the root registrar for the .sa domain, because it is run by Saudi Arabia. If you would like to find out how to resell .sa domains, your best bet is to check with the Saudi Arabian NIC: http://www.saudinic.net.sa/

Don't forget the possibility of making a deal with Osama bin Laden and the Saudi rebel groups which would allow you to take over the .sa tld after they overthrow the current despots. You could probably get a pretty good deal, as well, since they probably wouldn't want to hold on to control of anything related to the evil internet.

And if you want to create your own new gTLD, and have it available at something other than your own root zone, you are probably out of luck. ICANN (icann.org) would have to approve your application, and they are not in the habit of doing so.
