Hey all,

I posted this on the official MB forums 5 days ago, but so far no ones answered, so I figured I'd try here.

My 30 day trial ran out on me so I bought a one month extension liscence. I followed the newkey.php instructions, uploaded the file to my base modernbill directory in ASC2 mode, and it said Not a Valid Key.

What am I doing wrong?

Please don't tell me I have to download it and install it again :).

That is normal, typical modernbill response time can run anywhere from one week till infinity. Get used to it most of us have and the forums provide answers for more questions though yours may not be covered.

I would download a fresh install, install it and import the database from the demo you were running I am pretty sure that will work.

When did MB start selling 1 month "extension" licenses? Did you just sign up for the leased version, or was it something else? If it was something else, did you purchase it directly from ModernGigabyte?

Also, please note, that the ModernBill forums are not moderated anymore, and are not included in their support. It's members helping members only.

If you want to get a response from the MB guys, you'll have to submit a ticket and get in line just like everyone else.

Hey all,

I did a fresh install, and it took the liscence this time thanks :).

Although, I have a problem running the Que for new accounts. I filled out what I thought was the proper info for the Direct Admin module, and it was enabled, but I get a seperate window that opens and it says error, cannot creataccount. Has anyone else received something like this? How can it be fixed?
