- Merchant account service?
- Online payment service?
- Which hosting provider (I will selling service for Interneter ;), and I'm running .NET)?

If you are starting from scratch you could begin with revecom.com or 2checkout.com for online credit card processing - we use 2checkout and until now we are happy with their services. There are no monthly fees - except the transaction fee - only a one time setup fee ($49). I suppose that what you are searching for is a good reseller plan to start selling hosting services Try to visit the forums at MCHost. There you will meet some friendly people who will give you some friendly advise. ;) MCHost has great support. They have experienced some problems because of growth but they are working to solve them along the road. So I would recommend them.
