My customer in UK, who does not have a paypal account, says that he gets an error saying "we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process" Anyone know what seems to be the problem ? TIA

Ask your customer to contact his card issuing bank, since sometimes the bank will have a little more details on why a card has been declined etc.
