Lets say I live in a country that is not USA, far from USA, and I want to get a server for a colo in the central USA.
IF I wanted to do that, does anyone know a good reliable online shop in USA that sells complete ready-to-rack 1U servers?

any recommendations would help me calculate what such action would cost me. thanks,
