How do you do reboots? do clients have access to a website where they can reboot my machine through an APC Reboot bar or such?

do you delegate rDNS to clients own DNS servers?

Do you have any slower AMD64 CPUs available for less? 2800/3000?

Are you able to install FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE AMD64 Version?

Do you have a test IP I can ping/traceroute?

We do not operate remote reboot ports, instead we take reboot requests by email and forward them to our data centre (Redbus Interhouse) where on site technicians (available 24/7) will carry out the reboot.

We can delegate rDNS to clients own DNS servers - no problem there.

We can offer the 3000 chip for £30 less (£5 per month). Unfortunately we have not been able to source the newer Venice chips at 2800.

We can install FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE AMD64 Version at no extra cost.

We operate our own multi-homed network (AS31157).

We have multiple connections to LIPEX, a London peering point. We are only a few hops away from LINX and other exchange points in UK and Europe.

We use Netrino for our primary transit and Burstfire for our backup transit.

Netrino provide us with connectivity from Level(3), Caladan and RapidSwitch. Burstfire provide us with connectivity from Level(3) and Claranet.

Unfortunately these servers are normally only available on a minimum of a semi-annum cycle.

However, we can offer these quarterly too. Add £20 to the monthly price and £100 setup.
