Chris,

We are working on an upgrade to WEBppliance for Linux, which will include a 4th tier control panel - targeted for appliance administrators to sell plans to resellers who them sell domains. Yes, we are planning on providing this upgrade for free to current 3.0 customers.

We do not have an exact release date yet, as it is 4-6 weeks away.
