We used them when we were starting up a few years ago, and they almost caused us to go out of business.

We were down about twice a week, and by what I hear, the ISP that we co-lo'ed with at that time, is still having issues to this day! Why they don't leave I don't know.

But then again, maybe they are not paying thier bill :)

C&W is one of our backbone providers; we have a DS-3 circuit with them. There have been almost no problems to report in any regard. What did you want to know?
