Deb, errrr... sorry about that, however I've contacted them off board and discussed the matter. There is a thread in teh suggestions forum about it, so let's keep that topic there (if need be), and the firewall discussion here if that's ok with everyone.

Do you want to protect multiple servers, or a single server, and how much bandwidth?

for now 2 servers, but possibly upgrading. $ is definately an issue.

Will a software firewall due for all of my servers? If so, anyone recommend any?

If you are running Linux or BSD servers you can use IPTables to create a firewall on the server, but that is not usually recommended. You are better off layering your security, so you have multiple defenses against an attack.

For an external firewall you might consider looking at the Netscreen products. Mike, from RackMY, can tell you more about them.

What are your goals with firewalls, what are you trying to protect against?
