Is there some place to check and see if a certain email or IP or whatever is associated with a known spammer, system abuser, or other "bad" type of customer activity?

If not, then would anyone be interested in something like that?

Ie: You go to the website for this service, type in the IP, email, or whatever.. and a list of matches comes up for you to see.

Anyone would be able to "report" a users IP, email, whatever into the database for others to find it when searched for.
