I just began working with WHM Autopilot, and already find it to be comparable to a Microsoft server application. That is, it takes forever to carry out actions (hogs system resources), the interface is horrible, and the installation was impossible without consulting a tutorial.
I would have to say the only good thing about it is that it allows you to process credit cards, and to use multiple payment gateways.

Conversely I found the opposite. Easy to install, decent "dashboard" though admittedly some features are tucked away and speedy to handle a large(ish) number of clients/accounts.
I'm with Bloory on this. It runs fine on my server. One thing I've found to speed it up is to disable the server reporting...the function that shows server load and all that on the dashboard. Once I disabled that, the app was quite responsive.

Thanks, I'll try that.
