I'm looking 4 a dedicated server host in the UK, im currently on shared reseller hosting (which is terrible last week had 2 major outages lasting >8 hours each !!)

I'm familiar with Win2K etc but not too much with Win2K Server - apart from the software what else do I need for DNS, MAIL etc (I can config multiple FTP + HTTP sites on server easy enough) -- I've used IMAIL on my shared hosting - do I need to buy a server lic. for it my own?

Also I've been quoted around £2K per year for Server + 10GB traffic -- is this a decent price ? I'm looking for *quality* not price - I'd rather pay a few hundred extra for guaranteed uptime than for cheap patchy connections.

PS- Anyone recommend any good Win2K Svr books for hosting ?
