Hi,

I know that there are a number of telephone answering services in the UK, in which you pay a company to answer the phones in your name. They will deal with any simple requests the caller may have, else they will patch the call thru to you and then you can deal with it yourself. Alternatively they can take a message and you can call them back... they are in effect a virtual office.

Does anybody know of a good company in the US which offers such a service? Reason I ask is that I would like to offer a greater level of service to our customers in the States, and to develop more business there -- seems like one logical step to make.

If anyone has any solutions, I would be grateful if you could let me know.

Just do a search. Almost any city-have your choice. However, they are not cheap here. However, you do have flexibility as one location in the states is as good as any to you.

IF you are really concerned with Support and giving a good level of service.

You can outsource your Support calls to this company.

I don't know anything about thier pricing structure or anything though, but it will fill your needs.

I have just sent them a request for a quote, after all it may prove more professionnal than what we have now?
