I currently do-not have the time to continue development on a custom PHP/MySQL database application used by clients for managing data. I would like to try and get this done asap, but it isn't a big rush (could be spread over a 2-3 weeks if you need to).

If the project is a success there will be opportunties for continued development within a month.
