Ive had a look on a few scripts sites, but cant find what Im after, so I thought Id ask here.

Im trying to find a script which works across between a directory, and a search engine.

Basically people woud submit links and some info about a webpage which would go into a catagory, and that would be added to an index, which would be searchable.

So it wouldn't appear as a directory, but just as a search engine to find the submitted links.

did you find in hotscripts ?
