Welcome to the forum, No-One :)
I don't have experience with this host, but I think it would be best to contact them directly to get info about their NOC, datacenter, and the specific server that they would be placing you on for this hosting plan.
And it's not bad to see how fast they handle your inquiry and to see how forthcoming they are.
Their IP traces back to www.rackshack.net and if you want to take the tour for Rackshack's new datacenter it's at http://www.rackshack.net/colo/index.asp
Best of Luck,
Keith
no-one 03-27-2002, 05:08 PM Thanks for reply Decebal
But at the moment how stable are they?
Where their NOC located?
Technically speaking how are they? Uptime, Network Speed, Server load etc...
And How the manage such low price?
no-one 03-27-2002, 05:10 PM Thanks Keith.

But it is mostly offline recently.
I just looked for some views of from outside because I have not got much past experience in this field?
Still I am looking forward to more information.
Thanks everyone

akaize 03-29-2002, 06:11 PM I too am planing to sing up their reseller package, any suggestions before I pull my $ from the pockets?
fergal 03-30-2002, 04:15 AM try emailing them to test their support,im still waiting for a reply after 48 hours :(
HostInspect 04-01-2002, 12:02 AM Fergal, all e-mails are usually answered withing 5 minutes to 6 hours, right now we just piped all e-mails to our new HelpDesk system so replies should be faster, the only thing we have un hold are 6 tickets because of IP requests, and these plan to be finished tomorrow until we get new ones.
Searching again through e-mails for any lost one, just in case that caused it during the e-mail piping through PerlDesk.
Thank you, and have a great day!
Please send an e-mail to support@eryxma.com , once sent please note you will get an blank e-mail with a ticket number putting an ID on it, but then we will repond to it.
Thank you.

We used I believe Bravenet Humanclick for a while, then we just needed to change, and we changed to Liveperson, then we saw the price tag of that baby, then we moved to Humanclick, and now it is all nice and calmed down. We try to be online when we aren't busy, but most of the time we are. I don't participate in HumanClick but my job at Eryxma is just setting up new servers we get to have the latest software, with the amount of account we get every day, this is going to be a daily chore.
Sorry about this, and have a great day!
binaris 04-01-2002, 12:19 AM Fergal, I have reviewed your complaint and have consulted my employees - all of them - and there has been no e-mail received that has not been answered. If you actually sent this e-mail, then I suggest you attempt to do so once again. Our boxes are refreshed once every 90 seconds and are replied to within minutes most of the time. And don't think you're on a waiting list, we have few support e-mails... around 40 e-mails a day compared to the nearly 1,000 shared and resellers' accounts we have is not bad.
Please attempt to send your email once again, there quite possibly may have been a routing error or a server along the line was on the SPEWS list... who knows what could have happened to it. All I know is that we haven't recieved this and (ignore this if this is not the case) despise those who attempt to bring a company's reputation down with untruthful accounts of mistreatment - almost as much so as Robert Marsh... keep on servin' friend.
akaize 04-01-2002, 12:53 AM I found their email replies are prompt and upto the point.
Posted few questions in the support forum, and then send an email with the same question, the best thing I liked is they replied to both requests.
I am going to go with them..
