While I know that Terry wouldn't ask his customers to come over here to praise/bash him, it's definitely a plus if you could provide more information about your account with them, rather than leaving us little more than a bit of lint to put the whole garment together. :)

However, this thread (the OP) needs to provide some valuable feedback that potential customers can actually use. :)

It's hard to say they're the best in only one week hosting with them. From my experience, you can see if the hosting company is great for you is in about 2 months minimum. Then you see their uptime (or downtime), speed of servers, issues with support,....
So were happy to hear from you after 1 month, 2 months,...

Well, there is no doubt that sonataweb is the best.

I can understand from where pyramidmx is coming. When I signed with Sonata about eight months back, I had a similar experience to go though, Sonata provides such an excellent and blazing support that it can amaze any one. Here is the signing review that I wrote about them:

Now I have spent more than eight months with them and I can vouch for their Superb support, uptime, speed... They are the best!
