For Schoochy:
The SpicePack is pre-bundled with Sun Chili!Soft ASP v3.6.0, so all you have to do is download the package from http://www.chilisoft.com/downloads/register2.asp?target=CASPRAQ4 and install it through the raq control panel.

For Whitesell:
"The Sun Chili!Soft SpicePack is a group of COM components that handle commonly-used Web application functionality. These components make it easy to send and receive email, upload files from client browsers, rotate and track content and banner ads, keep track of user information, and much more."

If you add the spice pack, make sure you watch which updates you have done.

I had some problems with a new Raq having applied some patches AFTER the chilisoft 3.6 pkg and ended up doing OS restore.

This time round I applied ALL updates first, then the 3.6 pgk and all works OK.

You may need to reenter your admin password in the main admin section in order to log-in to the ASP admin part of the control panel after the update.

Also some of the test tools are accessed by clicking on the link in

Maintenance > Install Software > Software on the Sun Cobalt Server > Chili!Soft ASP Release 3.6.0

Good luck

Yes it's free for Raqs but for other OS's/machines you might have to pay. Their download page has all the info.

My condolences.:bawling: :D
