Complaints against Aplus.net

Writing this post, is more than three months since Aplus.net received the payment from cutomer 1541983986, whom I am creating website for. However, despite information I emailed now and then, Aplus.net keep mum, and refrain from offering the service.

I have contacted all the institutions that I think can force Aplus.net to render the service: I am waiting for outcomes.

However, I still have some faint belief that Aplus.net may still offer the service, without being forced by law-enforcement agents.

Details of the complaint, and the proof of payment, were, yet again and again, emailed to ceo@aplushoting.com, accounts and quality, sales, support, billing, etc @ the same domain. This is extra to a frequent emails I sent to Aplus.net to activate the account.

Please, this time DO NOT choose to ignore.

Aren't Aplus.net and Aplushosting.com two different companies?

Stay away from them. They suck. We had so much problems lately even being a partner of them.
Also their BBB membership got revoked http://sandiego.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=7000253
One of the worst companies I ever dealt with. :(

Apologies!

The complaints are directed to Aplus.net, and have duly sent emails for apologising to aplushosting.com.

However, why do Aplus.net remain reluctant even to acknowledge it has received the payments, and render service? Records proves they received.

I loath the day I chose Aplus.net instead of some other host!

Folks,

Thank you very much for your help.

However, if you go on url below, you will know Aplus.net in its true colors. I wish I saw it long time ago....

Having read what other customers face @ Aplus.net, am awed how it can continue with business 'as usual'.

Is there Aplus.net representative online?

Can he/she respond to this post?

I knew that no Aplus.net would dare come and explain this; for there cannot be any other explanation apart from giving the services they received the money for, or to stay quiet and swindle the money, the option that to Aplus.net seems dear to take.

http://www.aplus.net/company/press-1-3-02.html“We put all the effort in servicing the customer. Having toll free numbers for contact 24X7, organized procedures, well-trained staff and good management are all key, as in any business.”

On top of that, Aplus has “an unusually high number of engineers” and a software development division, Rodopi that works hand in hand with the ISP group.

“We pioneered automated provisioning. With our ‘Websolo’ plan we introduced a disclaimer that if it’s not up and running in 15 minutes it’s free. While many companies use this now, our in-house programmers were the first to introduce this along with automatic billing procedures and web panels,” added Vachovsky.
