I'm currently looking for a CC processor (RevEcom, 2checkout or worldpay) and although most things are clear to me I still have one question.

Is it possible to charge your customers for any extras that not occur every month (like extra bandwith,...) ?
For example when a customer uses too much bandwith in a certain month.

We use worldpay. The monthly recuring billing is good unless you want to change the amount. You need to cancel the agreement and then have the customer set up a new one. If you have the customer fax you their card details, so you have a record, you can manually put extras through yourself. (A bit of a pain)

Sure. With 2checkout.com there is a feature called a "Request Payment".
This is an Invoice you email to the client. They click on the link in the email and are directed to our secure server to pay the invoice by credit card.

Does this mean we have to pay double CC processing fee that month?

Yes.

It's our "money grab conspiracy" to get a whole $0.45 from you.

*grin*

And it's quite handy :) Having used it myself a handful of times.
