I was just replying to a post while ago (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41599) and some thing came to my mind:
With so many tchnical experienced people arround, why don't you guys (the experienced ones) setup a support service for resellers like bobcares?
Just a though...

Because we're busy supporting our own customers and being successful ;)

But with a little of your free time, you could be more successful making money out of those resellers with no time or knowleadge to support the technical aspects of their business ;)

I'm with Kiwi on this one ;)
No such thing as "free time".
However, i do see your point of having more companies like "bobcares". The demand is there, but i guess it just has not caught on. Give it time and it's bound to explode....just like those web hosting directories....one.....two..three...etc....then complete saturation.
Just another day....another business cycle.
