Not sure if I should post this on the Reseller Forum or the Web Hosting Forum.. if it should be in another forum, feel free to move this topic moderators.

I am currently with Site5 and unfortunately I need to leave them because I need more than they can offer me. I am not planning on reselling but I do need a reseller account. I've put up a request at: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41725 and narrowed down a list to the following hosts:

- HostCulture
- Voxtreme

with outsiders:
- ukname.net (doesn't have Cpanel4 yet - I don't want Plesk)
- McHost (didn't hear good stories about current support)
- SplashHost (didn't get the 'right feeling' in email communication)
- SmartWebService (anyone have experience with them? I couldn't find any reviews or comments about their service on Google, WHT or SitePoint - they say they're good but expensive, which is why they don't have many users here)
- Nine-e.biz (Brandon Armstead runs it tho and he has a bad history on the forum here, offer is amazing tho)

Which host would you recommend out of this list?

(I really need a host with 99.5% uptime, 24/7 good support, since I don't want to lose any of the visitors of the F1 Portal I'm running and which is still growing - http://www.f1universe.com)

I'm with splashhost and happy with them. I've also heard voxtreme is reputable. Sorry this post couldn't be more insightful.

lol, it wasn't the to-the-pointness actually but the way you answered one of my questions :) I know you have a good reputation here and you did answer all of my questions so you're still in my list :)

Change,

I have been with Alan for 6 months now and except for the time his servers were under attack from fork bombs and we had inexplicable downtime, I must say that everything has been super smooth - his support is dependable and amazing.

I now have my own server and I am in the overlap period of 2 months but I can definitely recommend Alan

I dont have experience with anyone else though

Cheers
B
