I had a small catastrophe with one of my vps's last week. (It was my own doing, not enough sleep)

I ended up nuking my own website and associated databases. I tried to restore from a db backup, but that was corrupt - so all I had was my email db backups. After trying unsuccessfully for some time to inject the tables, I asked Brandee if he could restore for a fee.

Brandee responded to the ticket almost immediately, and a short time later my database was restored. Brandee did not charge me a fee (which I certainly expected to pay considering my own stupidity)

The support provided by Brandee at whmautopilot is definately above and beyond :stickout:
