Well, I did this design for a client and it was declined over another design that I had done. if anybody wants it and the PSD just PM me. I'll let you know what ya get and when.

PS:
Yes client name will get taken off, if you want the logo I designed you can have then too. The blue buttons can have the logo on them or not, I think not looks better.
