I'm looking for a reseller host who offers cheap, affordable prices as well as awesome customer support and uptime garauntee.

My major concern is the Apache modules it must ship with:

mod_php
mod_ruby (very important)
mod_python (not necessary)

As far as administration panels are concerned, I need cPanel and WHM.

I understand many hosts do not offer mod_ruby as it is a moderately new language as well as it not being very popular amongst hosts.

It'd be great to get any feedback on hosts that offer all these modules together.

mod_python is not a necessary module to have, but it'd be nice just in case I launch a public python web application.

Upon special request, I'm sure there are a number of hosts who would at least look into it for you. Or you could go for a VPS enviroment and not worry about it as well, just put it on your special instructions.
