I have a problem with my enom account .
anybody hack my ID and log in to my account , he push 5 domains of mine to another enom account .
When I know anyone ush domain from my account to another , i change my password and report this problem to enom support . they say that support cnter can't cancel push these domain and forward me to fraudcredit@enom.com , but after 30 hours , i havn't recieve any message from this department .
hacker change Whois information of domain and change DNS , i think he want hange registrar .
what shoud i can do for giving back my domain? it's possible or not .
please help me , because my costumer want know what happnes for theire domain.

Such issues are resolved only by Enom and members here can only redirect you to the concerned Enom department. When contacting Enom keep your account ownership information handy and also pushed domain receipts, that will help in resolving your issue quickly.

but hacker delete "push domains confirmation email " on my email address and i found these email on my trash email folder .
I think they have my email password , andwith this password , retrieve my enom account password .
now, enom support get back me All domain , but they freez domain and set status to " registrar-hold " .
i can't change DNS in this staus .

Well, if they have your email account password then they SURELY will harass you once you get your domains back.

Better you change the email address associated with that account once you fix this glitch.

if its free email service, better to switch to paid service for security and avoiding such issues in future
