No doubt this has been asked before, but how do you make subdomains with an ensim server control panel for a Unix server?

how about asking ensim? :)

if this is the format that you want http://subdomain.domain.com
then you create it as a seperate account, (it's the only way I've found) it works nicely

You should be able to:

If you want a subdomain like: http://abc.domain.com
Just make a directory of:
/home/virtual/site[n]/var/www/html/abc.domain.com
and then upload your files there..
