Thanks rey 03-26-2002, 03:24 PM The first time we started, we use Revecom, and then moved to Echo Inc (echo-inc.com) and quite happy with them. Echo Inc is more cost effective solutions if you already have some clients then some out there. We have never had problems with the service. 24/7 support is very helpful. akashik 03-26-2002, 03:42 PM Revecom are good. In fact lately they seem to be having a bit of a surge in customer service which is nice. We're still using them in place of our merchant account with Planet Payment which I might add is about to be dropped. Their customer service has been disgusting to say the least. I've spent a month waiting for a reply to a simple question about billing, including a follow up e-mail two weeks ago. I'll be paying close attention to this thread myself for a full CC processor. Greg Moore rey 03-26-2002, 03:51 PM I have to second Greg. Their service was nice and I cannot recall any problems whatsoever. I would recommend them. Not only they provide CC, they can also take checks online (with currency exchange). Their shopping cart and tracking software is one of the nicest I've seen (love the built-in recurring charges). regier 03-26-2002, 04:01 PM Has anyone delt with worldpay. I'm considering giving them a shot as an alternative to revecom. tazd9t9 03-26-2002, 04:40 PM Im in the UK and using worldapy, they seem pretty good and accept payment in GBP USD and Euro. They are quite expensive to set up though kunal 03-26-2002, 05:11 PM Originally posted by regier Has anyone delt with worldpay. I'm considering giving them a shot as an alternative to revecom. I have been using them for a lil over 3mths now... and they are simply great! excellent support... definately worth paying that extra amount... but then again, thats my opinion :) VOHost 03-26-2002, 08:01 PM We utilise Revecom and have nothing but praises about them. They recently uprgraded their support department and the Live Chat Support is a very good feature. We are in the UK and Revecom may also be used to accept payment in GBP as well as in USD and other currencies. Our payments are made via personal cheque and are made in GDP (which is good as UK banks charge commission on cheques in USD). The payments have been pretty prompt. We currently pay around 3.9% + $1.00 on each transaction and this is relatively competitive ($49.00 setup fee). All in all we are very satfisfied with Revecom and would recommend them. Regards Nas |
