I must admit that I'm rather new to this, but I've been having some problems with spammers lately. They have violated my TOS in multiple ways (let me add that they agreed to it around 10-15 times), harassed my users over chat programs like AIM, posted degrading content, spammed up my forums and member tables, and have shown no signs of stopping, even after receiving multiple warnings along with several attempts to ban the users. I already intend to give their ISPs a little call this afternoon, but is there anything more that I can do?

You have their addresses, right? When convenient, throw a brick through their windows. Or, (this is much easier), have you terminated their accounts? That's a good first step.

u can only inform you users about the losers and tell them to block the before they attack:)
Informing their ISP is a good start. If you are lucky, your case will be handled quickly. Most ISPs have a zero tolerance to spamming (in any regard). Also try blocking their access to your website/forum using their IP address.
In any case, good luck!
Kind regards

And if you have forums, and it supports blocking the email from join do that ;)
