I think when you start getting into bandwidth like that, unlimited subdomains, and so many domains, you're asking for too much at too low of a price. Consider that, unless a hosting company owns their own data center, it has co-location and bandwidth charges. The bandwidth charges at most datacenters range from 2-5 bucks per GIG per month. At the lowest wholesale price, it would cost $100/month to provide the bandwidth you are looking for. That's the main barrier to getting what you're looking for at the price you want.
If someone claims to be able to provide it for much less than that, they're losing money on the deal and won't be around for long, probably cuts corners in other critical areas (like support), and is very likely not to be able to make good on their offer.

If you really need an entire 50 GIG of TX, you're going to have to grow your budget.
