We want to provide a paid consultany solution on a website. And because many of our customers do not have a credit cards, so we need to offer another solution for those who do not want to use or have a credit card. So we want to find a company in any place on the world which can provide us with an international phone number with a special access charge. A customer can access the service if he call the website through the international phone no. so he can pay for the service indirectly through the payment of his phone call and we can agree with this company on the portion of charge we will share them.
So can anybody help us and suggest a good company that can provide us with such a service?

If I remember correctly iBill at http://www.ibill.com offers a 900 number billing service. That will accomplish what you would like, but I don't believe it will work outside of the United States.

i believe ibill also does check transfers
