We have Ensim WebAppliance 3.0 on our servers and I would really like to offer our resellers their own virtual name servers.

Currently the only way I know to accomplish this is to provide them with a virtual private server. How can I offer regular resellers, those who sign-up for our regular reseller plan and resell our preset plans, thier own virtual nameservers?

I think it is possible becuase I have seen a few places offering this, most notably Revenue Host.

DNS is not my strong area so the solution is not plain to me - feedback and/or instruction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am not familiar with the actual specifics of the product, but why don't your ask Ensim? They should be able to help you with that? Or whoever resold them to you.

Our service provider has told us that it can't be done. And Ensim only provides instructions for offering Virtual DNS per server or per VDS.

The reason I am asking the question here is because I have seen other Ensim powered hosts offering Virtual DNS to their regular resellers (as mentioned above Revenue Host for example).

So I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with it. If not then no problem. But it was worth asking anyway.
