I use mambo regularly for client sites so that they can manage their own content. But, mambo is much too extensive for most of my client sites.

I need another smaller solution or someone who can integrate FCKeditor or HTMLArea into a form so that it can edit the html files on my server directly.

I might be able to help you but I would need more information such as your server conifguration (OS, web server software, etc) and links to the software you are wanting to be integrated for your clients.
